By accessing or using Chirp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any risk disclosures and notices shown inside the bot. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to form a binding contract, that you are not located in, or a resident or national of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited or where you are subject to sanctions, and that you are not on any sanctions or prohibited-persons list. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you are.
Chirp is a software tool that lets you trade tokens on Robinhood Chain through a Telegram interface. Chirp is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser, or fiduciary. It does not offer, solicit, or recommend any token or investment, and it does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.
Chirp is an independent, third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. "Robinhood Chain" refers to the public blockchain network and is used descriptively only.
To use Chirp you create a trading wallet. Chirp stores an encrypted copy of that wallet's private key on its servers so it can execute trades on your instruction. This is a custodial convenience wallet, disclosed openly:
Chirp shows an automated, best-effort "safety report" before trades. It is information, not advice or a guarantee. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date; a token that passes every check can still lose all value or be a scam. Any scores, metrics, badges, or rankings the Service may show are best-effort signals, not recommendations to buy or sell. You must do your own research and are solely responsible for your decisions.
Chirp charges a trading fee of 1.25% per trade — a 1% protocol fee plus a 0.25% referral fee. If you were invited via a referral link, the 0.25% is paid on-chain to the person who invited you; if not, it joins the protocol fee. Everyone pays the same total. Network (gas) costs are separate and paid by you. Fees may change with notice.
The referral program pays a share of the trading fee to referrers as described in the bot and on this site. Referral attribution happens once, is not self-assignable, and must not be gamed through fake accounts, wash trading, or other abuse. We may withhold or reverse referral amounts obtained through abuse, and may change or end the program.
You may withdraw funds to your saved address (or, with your PIN, any address). Withdrawals are time-delayed and cancellable in chat as a security measure. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address, lost through a forgotten key, or lost to a token that fails. Deposit and activity caps apply during early access and may change.
You must not use Chirp to: break any law or regulation; launder money or finance terrorism; evade sanctions; manipulate markets (including wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated multi-account activity); infringe others' rights; abuse, overload, or attack the Service; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected prohibited use.
You understand and accept that:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any information (including the safety report) is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chirp, its operator, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, tokens, or data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chirp and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
Chirp collects the minimum needed to operate: your Telegram user ID, your wallet address(es), and your activity within the bot. Blockchain transactions are inherently public and permanent. We do not sell your personal data. See the bot and site for further details.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for suspected prohibited use or to protect users or the Service. You may stop using Chirp at any time and export your key to retain control of your funds.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
