Chirp / Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective 1 August 2026 · Chirp Bot (@ChirpTradeBot) · chirptrade.app
Chirp is operated as an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. This policy explains exactly what the bot stores, what it never asks for, and how to remove your data. It should be read alongside the Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Chirp is a Telegram trading bot for Robinhood Chain, reachable at @ChirpTradeBot. There is no company website beyond chirptrade.app and no separate app — the bot runs entirely inside Telegram. Contact: support@chirptrade.app.

2. What we collect

Chirp collects only what the bot needs to function. Specifically:

DataWhy
Your Telegram numeric ID, username and first name Supplied by Telegram when you message the bot. It is how your wallets and settings are linked to you — there is no separate account or password.
Wallet addresses generated for you To show balances, route trades and process withdrawals.
An encrypted copy of each trading wallet's private key Chirp is custodial: it signs transactions on your behalf. Keys are stored encrypted, never in plain text. You can export them at any time.
A salted hash of your PIN To authorise withdrawals. The PIN itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the hash — if you forget it, we cannot retrieve it for you.
Trading activity: buys, sells, orders, withdrawals, token watches, copy-trade settings, and your preferences (slippage, auto-exit and similar) To operate the features you switch on and to show your own history and P&L.
Referral relationships and earnings To attribute the referral programme described in the Terms.

3. What we never collect

4. Cookies and the website

chirptrade.app is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The web server keeps ordinary short-lived request logs (including IP address) for security and abuse prevention, as any web server does.

5. Who your data is shared with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. It is necessarily exposed to:

On-chain activity is public and permanent. Every deposit, trade and withdrawal is recorded on a public blockchain by design. Anyone can read it, it is not ours to delete, and deleting your Chirp account does not and cannot remove it.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it by contacting support@chirptrade.app from the Telegram account in question.

Withdraw and export your keys first. Deleting your account removes the encrypted keys we hold. If you have not exported them, any funds still in those wallets become permanently unreachable — by you and by us. This is irreversible.

7. Security

Private keys are stored encrypted and withdrawals are gated behind a PIN. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and Chirp is early-access software — treat your trading wallet as a small, spendable balance rather than long-term storage, exactly as the Terms describe.

8. Children

Chirp is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Write to support@chirptrade.app and we will action reasonable requests, subject to the on-chain limitation described above.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced through the bot.

11. Contact

Questions, deletion requests, or anything else: support@chirptrade.app.
